This underground bridge have been constructing for a very long time. For every strong rain it gets filled then work stops.. Again a step forward, rain again, work stops.. Finally they started the work intensively even in the rainy season then end up with thissss..
Now the question is, in future will this underground usable in rainy days? Lets hope for the best transportation!!!
